나의 의도는 내가 옳게 생각하는 가치와 사명을 후대에 전하기 위해서다.

이것은 티칭이나 멘토링이나 컬설팅 심리상담을 넘어 크리스쳔의 사랑사상에 입각한 

 

심리 인생(Life)코칭이

 유대인의 탈무드나 하브루타 교육을 넘어서는 인간됨의 변화 모델이라 굳게 믿고 있다.

 

코칭은 모든 지식 기법이 다 어우려져 적용된다 특히 NLP기법같은 것과 많은 상담기법들이 응용 도구로 사용되어진다고 한다.

 

특히 NLP는 게슈탈트 심리학자와 가족치료의 사티어, 그리고 밀턴 에릭슨의 탁월한 심리치료등을 바탕으로 만들어져 있다고 해서 모든 코치들이 배워야하는 모델로 여겨지기도하는 것같다.

 

지금은  AI시대라 더 많은 준비들이 요구되기도한다.

아무리 방법론은 많아도 실행은 결국 인간 개개인이 실행하여 몸에 체화하는 길이다.특히 언어 사용, 감정 조절, 생활습관 등은 누가 가르쳐준다고 되는 것이 아니고 외국어 배우듯 개개인 자신이 몸에 체화 시켜나가야한다.

이의 중요성을 알아 나는 커뮤니케이션 이론과 실습을 위한 프로그램 교육을 받았다.

그리고 선교법인까지 만들었었다.

People in the community need to know this.
They need to understand why this church exists.

It is a pathway for meeting people
who share similar life issues and values
and who can walk together.

Just as Jesus Christ went out
and personally met the twelve disciples,
so must we.

My intention is to pass down
the values and calling that I believe are right
to the next generation.

Like the Jewish Shema education,
and like Korea’s founding philosophy Hongik Ingan,
and Dosan Ahn Chang-ho’s “Character Reform Theory,”
and the Christian doctrine of the image of God and sanctification,

I firmly believe that this is more than teaching, mentoring, consulting, or counseling.
It is a Christian love–based psychological and life coaching model
that surpasses even Jewish Talmud or Havruta education
in transforming human character.

Coaching integrates all forms of knowledge and techniques.
Especially NLP techniques and many counseling methods
are used as applied tools.

NLP itself is said to be built upon
Gestalt psychologists,
family therapy pioneer Virginia Satir,
and Milton Erickson’s exceptional psychotherapy.
For this reason, many coaches consider NLP
a model that every coach should learn.

Now, in the age of AI,
even more preparation is required.

No matter how many methods exist,
actual transformation must be practiced and embodied
by each individual.
Language use, emotional regulation, lifestyle habits—
these cannot be changed simply by being taught.
Like learning a foreign language,
each person must embody them in their own body.

Recognizing this importance,
I received training in communication theory and practice.
I even established a mission corporation.
